Daryl Hill
Director of Counseling & Resources
Daryl Hill serves as the Director of Counseling & Resources at the 4 Rescue Foundation, where he brings a profound commitment to supporting those affected by trauma. As a Veteran Advocate and the CEO of Alchemy Enterprises LLC, Daryl has dedicated his career to helping individuals overcome mental traumas, including PTSD, which he personally faced after his military service.
Daryl's journey into counseling began after he sought help for survivor's guilt, a form of PTSD, following the loss of 25 fellow veterans. When traditional therapy failed to bring relief, Daryl discovered a transformative method that not only healed him but also inspired him to help others. This led to the creation of Subconscious Architecture™, a powerful tool that has enabled his clients to exceed their own expectations in life. His clientele includes some of the most influential figures across various fields, from the top motivational speaker in the world, Les Brown, to elite entrepreneurs, doctors, athletes, and business leaders.
Before embarking on his entrepreneurial path, Daryl served as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps for 13 years, with roles including Platoon Commander, Company Executive Officer, and Company Commander. His service, both domestically and during Operation Iraqi Freedom, earned him citations and awards. In 2009, Daryl was appointed by the President of the United States to the SBA Veteran Board of Advisors, and he played a key role in building the infrastructure for the Marine For Life Program, which assists transitioning Marines.
Daryl's passion for helping others extends beyond his professional life. He volunteers his time to assist veterans suffering from PTSD and suicidal ideation, continuing his mission to support those in need. His background in leadership, mental health advocacy, and veteran support makes him an invaluable asset to the 4 Rescue Foundation, where he leads counseling and resource initiatives with empathy and expertise.
