Denise Modica serves as the Director of Finance at the 4 Rescue Foundation, bringing over two decades of experience in financial management and leadership. Currently the Chief Financial Officer at Champion Title & Settlements Inc., Denise has built a distinguished career in accounting and finance, specializing in government contracting, technology, and real estate.

Denise began her career after earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ferris State University. She launched her professional journey as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche, where she gained invaluable experience across various industries. Her expertise led her to roles as a Controller at multiple firms, including Eisinger Kilbane and Associates, Real Property Resources LLC, and Surety LLC. Denise later advanced to become the Chief Financial Officer at Lansdowne Construction LLC before taking on her current role at Champion Title & Settlements Inc.

In addition to her impressive corporate roles, Denise has also served as a consultant for startup, growth, and venture-backed technology companies, offering strategic financial guidance that has helped these organizations thrive.

Denise's extensive background in financial services, coupled with her commitment to excellence, makes her an essential part of the 4 Rescue Foundation’s leadership team. She oversees the foundation's financial operations, ensuring that resources are managed effectively to support the foundation’s mission of providing rescue and support to those in need.
